Hi Dan, Your Mum here, This is a really awesome website, "I'm impressed".
You have honoured GOD's boys "Petra" in a unique and professional way.
What a wonderful time we had in Toowoomba in 2005 meeting John, Bob and the boys. I listen to Petra everyday on the way to work and I continually remember John's face, he had an never ending smile. I had the honour of being called "Petra Mum" by John.
Petra will continue to live on with devoted fans such as yourself.

Petra is very special to our lives. We are learning The Petra Songs in our school. We live in Belém-Pa. Many students are knowing Petra by the first time. They are loving.

As vezes penso que o triste nao e o Petra acabar mas sim da chance de termos cantores e bandas com letras como as do Petra nunca mais existirem no Brasil.
As letras do Petra - sem traduzir - sao arrepiantes, quando se traduz o choro e inevitavel.

Bem, pessoal, o Petra pra mim é demais, e é muito difícil saber que essa banda acabou, mas os caras fizeram muito, a palavra de Deus chegou a muitos países através deles, mas é isso aí, que Deus abençoe os caras, e valeu mesmo por tudo, pelas músicas, pelas palavras!!! Valeu!! Petra!!!!

30+ years is a long time for any band.
They have some songs that will remain with me always. Will have to go through my vinyl (remember those -big black "CDs" ?) & play some of their old stuff.
I recently watched Captured in Time & Space video which brought back memories of the mid 80s.
